Service Areas
Where we work.
Based in downtown Winchester, focused on the Mid-Atlantic, and licensed as a Professional Engineer in eleven states. Local enough to be on your site this week, licensed widely enough to follow a client anywhere in the country.
The office is at 3 W Piccadilly Street in Old Town Winchester, and the core of the practice sits in the northern Shenandoah Valley and the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. Residential inspections, repair design and small commercial work come almost entirely from that radius.
The Mid-Atlantic is the bread and butter: Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and the District, from Winchester out to Montgomery County, Prince George’s County and Baltimore. Repeat clients bring the practice back to those markets again and again.
Nationwide when the client needs it
Larger institutional and federal work travels much further. Completed projects include schools in Fairfax County, municipal buildings in Leesburg and Stafford County, and healthcare campuses out of state, and federal work has taken the practice from Alaska to the U.S. Virgin Islands and from California to Oklahoma City. If a client you already work with needs an engineer somewhere new, ask.
Licensure, not just coverage
Michael Damron is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Washington, DC, and is licensed in additional jurisdictions as a project requires. A seal only counts in the state that issued it, which is why the list matters more than a service radius.
If you are outside the list
Ask anyway. For the right project, additional licensure is a process rather than an obstacle.
